About Robert
Rob Thomas entered the commercial real estate industry in 1980 after eleven years in the hotel and trade show industries where he held sales marketing and management positions.
Since obtaining his real estate license 1993, Mr. Thomas has been an active practitioner with great successes in both sales and leasing. His areas of practice include land, retail, office, industrial and adaptive reuse properties. Additionally, he provides consulting services including property management, construction management project management, developer representative, zoning, public financing and real estate tax protestation. Prior to 1993, he developed and managed commercial properties for his own portfolio. With his broad experience base, he provides skills that enable him to represent and advise principals with knowledge, insight and market expertise.
His professionalism, attention to detail and work ethic insure his clients’ interests are always in the forefront of all transactions. Mr. Thomas is skilled negotiator with a track record of success.
