Just west of the Loop stands Humboldt Park, one of Chicago’s largest neighborhoods, which grew up around its spectacular namesake, Humboldt Park. The neighborhood is now undergoing significant redevelopment fueled by the growth of nearby communities such as Wicker Park, Logan Square and Bucktown. Its many affordable real estate options are making Humboldt Park one of the city’s most popular locations for new homeowners.
