Historic Logan Square sits about five miles north and west of the Loop, and is one of Chicago real estate’s most diverse and popular neighborhoods. Expanding population notwithstanding, the artistic vibe continues in Bucktown. Gallery Point remains a progressive artistic center and host of the booming Bucktown Arts Fest every August. In addition to its variety of trendy shops and restaurants, Bucktown also boasts a large and diverse music scene (the Rolling Stones have been known to drop in unannounced at the Double Door).

Just west of Bucktown is Palmer Square, an enclave of greenery, with tree-lined roadways and beautiful 10-acre Palmer Square park. The neighborhood is home to an eclectic population of individuals and families.
