About Jim

Jim graduated from the University of Nebraska-Kearney in 1990 with a degree in Business Administration and Technology. After graduating, he spent 10 years in the call center management/ customer service industry working for firms that provided customer service and marketing functions for premier companies such at AT&T, Costco, American Express, Allstate and GE. He moved into real estate in the late 1990's when the owner of Chicago Graystone Development/Castlebar Construction convinced him to use his customer service talents in the booming Chicago Real Estate market. During those 10 years, Jim has developed an expertise in new construction sales, land acquisition, project cost/profit analysis and new construction project marketing. He also consults with individual clients in the search or sale of their own homes and condos. Jim joined the CRF Marketing Team at Koenig and Strey in the fall of 2007 where he further developed his marketing skills.

In August of 2008, he joined the new Jameson. He currently manages a project group of 9 agents who assist him with his individual brokerage clients and developments.
