About Matthew

Matt Katsaros is a Senior Associate in Jameson's Commercial Brokerage Division.  Matt is a specialist in the disposition and acquisition of Chicago multi-family properties.  With six years of brokerage experience in the industry including tenure at a national scale firm as well as a small boutique neighborhood firm, Matt's expertise in multi-family property is extremely well versed.  Matt has sold over $60M of property since 2007, through the representation of individual owners, developers, private equity firms, and financial institutions. 

Matt has spent his entire life living in the City of Chicago, growing up in Humboldt Park and Irving Park, and currently resides in Lakeview with his wife Stacey.  Matt attended the University of Illinois graduating in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in Finance.

Personally Matt is a Board member of the MRJBF, a charitable organization which raises money for research at Children's Memorial Hospital and is a lifelong hockey player.
