On March 23, 2010, nearly 500 Illinois Realtors traveled to Springfield to attend the 34th annual Illinois Association of Realtors Capitol Conference. This day was an opportunity for Realtors throughout the state to get updated on the latest legislative issues surrounding the Chicago real estate industry and to discuss them with their legislators.
Three Realtor representatives from Jameson attended the Conference including Michael Sato (Chicago Association of Realtors Board of Director), Lauren Mitrick (Past President of Women’s Council of Realtors), and Linda Lamb (CAR Government Affairs Committee).
The Jameson members met with legislators including State Representative John Fritchey and State Representative Skip Saviano. They received first-hand information on proposed legislation that would affect buyers and sellers.
