		<description>It&#039;s too bad Wal-Mart won&#039;t sign a Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) to legally say what they have no problem saying publicly: they pay their employees $11/hr.

On January 17th, over 1000 people on the South Side got together to demand all Big Box Developers pay their employees a Living Wage so they can pay their bills, and stay in their homes. The community wants Living Wage Jobs!
