About Paulette

Paulette has over 25 years of experience in residential real estate sales, development and management and has provided strategic sales and marketing services to real estate developers since 1980.

In her most recent position as President of PKR Real Estate (founded in 1992), Paulette was instrumental in introducing the Mandarin Hotel brand to Chicago. As Managing Broker and Director of Sales for the 500-unit condominium hotel and residential development, she oversaw floor plans, unit pricing and marketing of the $650 million project. PKR Real Estate built a reputation for accuracy and efficiency with attorneys, lenders, title companies and realtors.

Throughout the years she also worked for several of Chicago's top residential brokerage and development companies. Most recent include Rizzo Realty Group, as Executive Sales Manager for vacation/second homes in Arizona and Frankel & Giles as Director of Sales for a South Loop Condominium development. She earlier served as Sales Manager at New West Realty, where she hired and trained agents. In 2001 Paulette served as Vice President of Operations for Stonegate Development and later in the same capacity for @Properties. In both positions, she helped establish sales and marketing strategies for new developments and dealt with a variety of construction, contract and closing issues.

Paulette, a Chicago native, has been a licensed real estate broker since 1983. She resides in Chicago with her husband.
