About Nicole

Nicole Linares-Battista, Vice President, Sales, has been at Jameson Real Estate as a top producer for the past seven years.  Nicole specializes in representing developers, finding land and buildings.  As a Chicago native, she is familiar with all neighborhoods; tried and true markets as wells as emerging areas.  During her time at Jameson, she continues to sell $25-$30 million per year.  Nicole is unique in that she works not only with finding the properties and land, but seeing the developers through the entire project.  She is also experienced in finding buildings for investors.  Prior to her time at Jameson, she worked with large apartment finding services and was able to develop relationships with the majority of landlords in the city of Chicago .  She welcomes working with new clients in this area.
