Jameson Realty Group's management team is composed of respected leaders in the Chicago real estate community, and supports our clients and associates with specialized expertise in financial, sales, marketing and legal services. In addition to Charles and Harry Huzenis, today's management team consists of six members, each possessing a strong history of accomplishment in their fields of expertise.
Harry Huzenis, Vice President and Charles Huzenis, President
With backgrounds in real estate sales, brothers Charles and Harry Huzenis established Jameson Realty Group in 1982 as a small real estate firm specializing in Chicago's neighborhoods. The firm has overseen more than $5 billion in sales and has grown to become a leader in residential sales, commercial sales and leasing as well as representing developers in a wide range of new construction and conversion projects.
Robert J. Flannery, Director of Project Development
Bob's background includes asset management, operations, marketing and leasing. Bob assists Jameson's client developers with the underwriting and planning of new projects, as well as coordinating the sales and marketing efforts. He is also involved with transactions facilitated by Jameson's commercial and development divisions. Bob holds a B.S. in finance from Northern Illinois University and an MBA in international business from Wayne State University.
Jan Gascoigne, Office Administrator/In-House Counsel
Jan serves as legal advisor and provides training to Jameson's sales associates on legal issues that impact the real estate industry. She also manages the administrative staff and oversees Jameson's IT department. Jan holds a B.A. from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a J.D. from Loyola University.
Gay Johnson, Vice President, Managing Broker
With a background in commercial as well as residential sales, Gay manages Jameson's full time residential sales team, providing guidance and expertise with contract negotiations and creative marketing solutions. Gay holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in advertising from the University of Illinois, Urbana.
Angie Lee, Controller
Angie manages Jameson's accounting staff and oversees our daily accounting activities. She is also responsible for month and year-end reporting, payroll, management reporting and developing an accounting control system. Angie holds a bachelors degree in accounting from the University of Cincinnati.
Nadine Widzisz, Manager of Information Technology
Nadine is responsible for the long term development and implementation of Jameson Realty Group's IT strategies, along with all day-to-day information technology business needs. She manages Jameson's computer network, website development, on-line marketing, and provides technical support for commercial and residential agents and staff. Nadine holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
Jody Ciral Williams, Vice President of Marketing
Jody oversees all corporate marketing, advertising, public relations and project management for Jameson's client developers. She also manages Jameson's in-house Marketing Department which produces a full range of marketing materials for all of its clients. Jody holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
