CHICAGO-Sales are underway at The Yellowstone, a vintage 27-unit condominium at 1667-1673 W. Farwell Avenue in the East Rogers Park neighborhood on the Far North Side.

- North Beach Lofts is a 43-unit loft condominium development at 1225 W. Morse in East Rogers Park. The development is more than 80-percent sold, and immediate occupancy is available. The remaining 2-bedroom, 2-bath residences range from $274,900 to $344,900.
