SANDRA FARRELL JOINS JAMESON REAL ESTATE AS VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATIONS
Chicago – Jameson Real Estate is pleased to announce that Sandra Farrell has joined the company as Vice President of Development and Operations. Sandra has over 15 years experience in residential real estate development; most recently as Vice President of Operations for Equity Marketing Services, Inc. In that capacity she oversaw the daily operations of Equity Marketing’s developments and their corporate structure. During her tenure at Equity, she was responsible for over 3 billion in revenue. Prior to Equity, Sandra was the Contract Administration Manager for Golub & Company’s residential portfolio. Sandra’s experience includes the sales and marketing of new construction and conversion developments, construction loan due diligence, acquisitions, contract administration and financial management. Sandra has a B.S. from DePaul University.
